I’m a chef, Naturopathic Nutritionist & Herbalist. Fully trained in nutrition and clinical herbal medicine, my mission is simple: to empower you to reclaim your health and vitality, no matter how unhealthy you may have been in the past.

I focus on nutrition and herbs s medicine, working with you to make sustainable changes to your overall health and well-being.

I pay attention to your body’s natural rhythms. Often combining my nutrition and plant knowledge with an understanding of energy, emotion, and lifestyle.

Me & My Motivation

Haoma Holistic Health was born from a deeply personal journey. Frustrated and disheartened by the lack of answers to my own and my loved ones’ health questions, I began to doubt the system. I refused to accept being fobbed off with temporary solutions and a prescription pad. I craved understanding, seeking answers to the ‘why’ behind my health struggles.

Trying to understand why I felt so let down, I questioned why the only solution was to mask symptoms with pharmaceuticals. Deep down, I knew there had to be a better way.

Driven by a desire for genuine answers and sustainable solutions, I embarked on this learning journey. My catering background naturally led me to explore nutrition and its health benefits. It wasn’t long before I rediscovered the power of plant medicine.

After six years of training, I founded Haoma Holistic Health.

Here, the priority is taking the time to listen. We aim to uncover the root causes of health issues rather than just treating symptoms. Our approach is grounded in empowerment, guiding you to take control of your well-being through natural, holistic methods.
